Additional Booking Terms<\/h2>\n

We are so pleased you’ve decided to book a stay in Seattle. As mentioned in our Website Terms of Use<\/a> and Privacy Policy<\/a>, these Additional Booking Terms (“Booking Terms”) apply to all reservations booked through our Site and form a valid and binding part of the Terms and therefore your agreement with us about your use of the Site. Capitalized terms not defined in the Booking Terms have the meaning given them in the Website Terms of Use<\/a> or Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

By continuing to book a stay via the Site, you agree that your completion of booking constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to these Booking Terms, and the general Terms (including the Privacy Policy<\/a>). If you do not agree to comply with the Terms, please do not continue with your booking.<\/p>\n

  1. Booking Process. <\/strong>\n

    1. Our Role.<\/span> We are here to facilitate your booking of hotel rooms and other types of reservations, if applicable. We are not your travel agent, nor are we the purchaser of any rooms or services you may book. We, and our third-party provider, Regatta Travel Solutions (“Regatta”), merely provide the platform through which you are able to book reservations with individual hotels. We are not responsible or liable for any services you may purchase or consume via our Site. By submitting your reservation request you authorize both Regatta and us to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf<\/li>\n
    2. Process.<\/span>\n
        \n
      1. Regatta will send you a confirmation email setting forth the details of your reservation. As indicated in that email, if, after receipt of confirmation, you want to cancel or modify your booking, you will need to so via Regatta and the Site.<\/li>\n
      2. Without limiting the foregoing, we reserve the right to cancel any and all bookings or other transactions you have made using the Site<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. Taxes and Services Fees<\/span>. In addition to the transaction fee mentioned above, the total amount you will pay for your hotel stay includes applicable taxes, as provided by the hotels to us. Taxes are usually represented as a separate line item at the point of sale, but please be sure to review rate information carefully before you book.<\/li>\n
      4. Additional Charges.<\/span> Please remember that you may incur other charges during your stay that are not payable to Regatta or to us and are not included in the quoted price, such as extra-person or extra-bed charges, resort fees, gratuities, hotel energy surcharges, parking fees, telephone fees, room service, movies, mini-bar, and incidentals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. Correction of Errors.<\/strong> We expressly reserve the right to correct any pricing errors (including, without limitation, typographical or display errors, incorrect third party supplier information, and currency conversion miscalculations) and\/or to change or cancel pending reservations made under an incorrect price. This right applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and\/or your credit card charged. In the event of a correction to a pending reservation, as your sole and exclusive remedy we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or, at your option, we will cancel your reservation without penalty.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
